How hours work
- What counts as an hour
- One hour of the stream or video you send in, counted by its length when we start processing it. You pay for hours of source content, never per clip.
- Going over your hours
- Turn on “Keep clipping when I go over” and extra hours are added to your next invoice at your plan’s per-hour rate, up to a monthly limit you set. Leave it off and new videos wait for your next billing period.
- Changing your plan
- Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge. Lowering your hours takes effect on your next billing date. Unused hours don’t carry over.
- Cancel anytime
- Plans are month to month. Cancel from your dashboard and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your first month is covered by our First-Month Guarantee. First-month guarantee applies with automatic posting.
